  • Outside Taiwan, please see your local distributor or website for details.
  • For a list of distributors of your countries visit www.semi-tone.com
  • We may change parts for free if products have not been damaged by people within one year since the purchased date.
  • We would charge fees for fixing products after receiving and checking returning ones if those are over one year or damaged by people.
  • Remember to fill in information and ask shops to have stamp and purchased date on warranty card.
  • The warranty card service listed above only for areas in Taiwan.
  • Warranty procedure:
    1. (1) Fill in Warranty Card (stamp/customer info/purchased date)
    2. (2) Contact with us and know the quotation
    3. (3) Sending products back and checking will wait for about 10 days
    4. (4) Customer pays for returning postage fee and we will pay for sending back postage fee for you
